You will need Adobe Flash Player to create your products. If you do not have it installed yet, you will be prompted to do so, or click here Adobe Flash Player to download and install now. You may need to restart your browser after installation.

What is the picture quality recommended to create products?
Generally, most photos taken on recent cameras are suitable. Mobile phone pictures may be unsuitable unless resolution is high. You will be alerted with a red triangular alert if the image used is of a low resolution. Kindly verify your design before adding to cart. Images of at least 300dpi should be used for good quality print. As a rough guideline, images of at least 4MB should be used for smaller products like keychains and mugs, while larger products like posters and canvases may require at least 10MB and above.
How do I design products?
Click on the links below to view how easy it is to design products. You can add backgrounds, frames, cliparts, text and lots more.
How do I edit my Photos while creating the product ?
Drag and drop photos into the photo area. Click to select the photo you want to edit to show additional editing tools. You may Move, Resize, Rotate, Crop, Place in Front, Send to Back, Set as Background, change Opacity, Delete and Edit Photo (Zoom, Pan, Rotate within Photo Holder).
How many photos can I have / do I need in a product?
The number of photos varies depending on product and themes selected. Recommended: Photobooks: min 30-69 photos for a basic 20-page book Photogifts like Mugs and Keychains: about 1-3 photos Calendars: about 12-13, min. about 1 photo per month + cover Posters and Canvases: 1 photo for basic design, up to 10 photos for collages Stationery: min. about 1 photo
How do I create Albums & add my Photos?
--To create a new album, click on Upload Imagesin the menu. Enter the new album name and click "Create New", you will be prompted to select the photos to be added.
--To add photos to an existing album, click on Upload Images in the menu. Select the album thumbnail you want to add photos to, you will be prompted to select the photos to be added.
--You may view images in an existing album by clicking My Albums. You may organize the album by removing photos using the delete button (x) or adding more photos to this album.
--You may also add photos while designing a product. Click on "Add photos"

How do I save my Project/Design?
Click the "Save" button. Note that your project will also be automatically saved at regular intervals while you are designing.
I have completed my design, how should I proceed to order?
After previewing your design, click "Add to cart". You will need to verify and approve your design before proceeding to order. Your design will be added to your shopping cart for you to check out and make payment. You will receive an email from us confirming your order.
I cannot find my past projects/photos.
You projects are only stored for 14 days from the last date of use. You will need to access the projects and photos before the 14 days expiry to keep the projects stored.
I cannot edit a saved project in "My Projects"!!!!
Have you already added this project to cart? All verified projects that have been added to cart cannot be edited. If you wish to change the design, you may "Duplicate" the project and edit upon it. Note that when you add this duplicated project to cart again, it will be added as a new item to your shopping cart and will not replace/remove the previous item (which will need to be removed from the shopping cart if unwanted).
How do I create another of the same product with a similar design?
Duplicate the project you like and edit it before you add it to cart.

Login to the website and click the cart link. Your orders that were added to the cart and not yet checked out will be shown in the shopping cart.

Yes. Edit the quantity for the respective items of the order in the shopping cart and click the Update Quantity button.
Can I delete an order in the shopping cart ?
Yes. In the shopping cart,click the delete button (x) for the item you would like to delete.
What payment options do you support?

You can pay at the store as well.Your order will be processed only after the payment is received.
Do I get a confirmation after making payment online ?
Yes. You will be notified if your payment is successful on the website. In most cases the service provider also sends an sms.
How will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped, using standard shipping methods by courier
Can my order be shipped to my home ?
Yes. Your order can be shipped anywhere in India. You need to key in the shipping details. Shipping charges are extra.
How can I track my order?
Click on Track Orders to get a status update of your orders. You will need to view by order number.
How can I know that my order has been placed successfully ?
You will see the details of your order upon successful transaction, and a confirmation email will also be sent to you.
When I track my order, the status say "shipped" but i have not received it. Who do I contact?
"Shipped" status indicates that your order is making its way to you! It generally takes 1-2 days to receive products at metros and 3-4 days in the other cities. You can get the courier docket number emailed to you, or email us at magsons@nvisystems.com.
I want to cancel my order, who should I contact?
Once you have Added to Cart, you cannot change your designs. Kindly ensure that you "Preview" and "Verify" all designs before adding to cart. You may however still remove the order from your Shopping Cart and place another order before "Checking out". Once you have checked out your shopping cart, it will be automatically sent for production and hence cannot be cancelled.
The product I received is defective. Can I get a replacement ?
Kindly take a photo of the product and email it to us at magsons@nvisystems.com as soon as you receive the defective order. Our customer service team will be in contact with you. You may be requested to send the order back to the return address. A complaint needs to be made within 10 days of shipment of the order in order to be eligible for a replacement.
I received the parcel that is damaged externally. What should I do ?
Kindly take a photo of the parcel before opening it. Then check if the product inside the parcel is damaged too. If yes, also take a photo of the product. Email us the photo of the parcel (and product if damaged) together with the details of the courier acknowledgment receipt at magsons@nvisystems.com. Our customer service team will be in contact with you. You may be requested to send the order back to the return address. A complaint needs to be made within 10 days of shipment of the order in order to be eligible for a refund.
